Brief Details

A large-scale 3D printer has been developed with the capability to produce parts up to 1 m³ while integrating multiple material printing technologies to support sustainable manufacturing. The feedstock materials are derived from waste paper, recycled plastics, and fly ash, each requiring distinct processing techniques. To accommodate these variations, an interchangeable nozzle system has been designed for seamless material transitions. Additionally, the base plate features a temperature control mechanism to minimize warping and distortion defects during printing.
