This fully funded programme under the Ministry of Minority Affairs (PM VIKAS Scheme) prepares candidates for roles in Drone Research, Simulation, Component Analysis, and Prototype Design. Includes hands-on training in electronics, communication systems, design tools, and testing.

- 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
- Age: 18–45 years
- Minority Communities (Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsi)
- EWS Category – 15% seats
- Divyang – 3% reserved
