The project aims to develop a real-time optical motion tracking system for calibration and testing of autonomous vehicles. Usually, an optical motion tracking system consists of three components: the optical imaging system (cameras), the mechanical tracking platform, and a tracking computer. The developed setup will be used to carry out performance testing of ongoing projects on drones, robotic manipulators, and wheeled mobile robots in their testing stages.
