Research & Development (Junior Executive)
Scope of the job
- This role will report to the COO of the Hub and work closely with the R&D Manager
- Identification of Emerging Technology Solutions: The junior executive R&D will help in identifying new and innovative technology solutions from various industries and corporations. The junior executive R&D will research and assess the potential impact and feasibility of these solutions and provide recommendations to the organization on their potential adoption. The employee will also establish and maintain relationships with technology providers to stay up-to-date on emerging trends and developments in the field
- Technology Assessment: The junior executive R&D will determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers, continuously seeking new and innovative ways to enhance IPTIF’s products and services. The employee will also help in conducting assessment of proposals received to IPTF for new Technology Development
- Project Planning: The employee will work with marketing and operations to establish project goals and priorities, ensuring that all projects are aligned with IPTIF’s overall strategy and objectives. The executive will also assist in tracking the progress of the technology projects and prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Research and Development: The employee will research, design, and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment, continuously seeking ways to improve IPTIF’s products and services.
- Employee/Project engineer Training: The employee will suggest training tools toenhance employee performance and skill development in latest technologies,ensuring that IPTIF’s workforce is equipped with the necessary skills to meet thechallenges of the future.
- Project Monitoring: The employee will monitor team metrics and objectives, ensuring that all projects are on track and meeting their goals. The employee will document all phases of research and development, ensuring that IPTIF has a comprehensive record of its projects and their outcomes.
- Customer Relationships: The employee will manage customer relationships, conducting customer visits and product testing as required. The employee will be responsible for ensuring that customer needs are met and that IPTIF’s products and services meet.
- Project Coordination: The employee will collaborate with the Project Manager on complex research projects, evaluating results and formulating recommendations
Eligibility Criteria
- BE/BTech/MTech in a relevant fields of Science and Engineering
- Proven track record of at least 1 years of experience in Research & Development/ Technology Development
- Project management skills and experience in technology R&D
- Ability to analyze and interpret results and provide recommendations.
- Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
