Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible to drive the marketing and branding efforts for our innovation hub. The CMO will play a crucial role in shaping the public perception of the hub and ensuring that it becomes a leading player in the fields of translation research, skill development, entrepreneurship development, and international collaboration.
Scope of the job
Including but not limited to
● Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hub and its initiatives.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, product development, and communication departments, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all initiatives.
● Manage the development and implementation of all marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and digital marketing efforts.
● Create and execute content marketing strategies to engage target audiences and drive lead generation.
● Utilize market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning.
● Oversee the production of all promotional materials, including presentations, brochures, and promotional videos.
● Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, industry organizations, and government agencies.
● Collaborate with international partners to develop global marketing and branding strategies. Evaluate and monitor the success of all marketing efforts, including return on investment and conversion rates, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the marketing strategy.
● Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, including hiring and training new team members as necessary.
Eligibility Criteria
MBA or B.Tech
● A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
● Strong experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital marketing and content marketing.
● Knowledge of market research and analysis methodologies
