The Skill Development Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to meet the skill-oriented demands of the market.

The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the organization’s human resource needs.

Supervise staff performance and guide employees to better performance while ensuring good working relationships with employees.

Handle expediting requests after purchase orders have been acknowledged by the vendor.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with Industries to support IPTIF’s operations:

Assist in identifying new market requirements and in designing training programs

This role will report to the COO of the Hub and work closely with the R&D Manager
